Before starting the Five F’s program, please read the responses to frequently asked questions that follow. This information may answer questions you have as you proceed through the program and can help you get the most out of each part of the program.

How much time should I spend in each part of the program?

There is no way to easily answer this question for every woman who participates in this program, since the length of time spent on each part depends on each person’s current level of muscle fitness. But most women will spend between three and five weeks on each part. Don’t worry if you spend more or less time. Just proceed at your own pace. As long as you can complete the exercises in each part correctly, go ahead and proceed to the next part.
